Former President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic in Paris
Former President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic participated in High-Level Forum: "Challenges to Peace and Tolerance," held in Paris, organized by the Paris Forum for Peace and Development (PFPD) and Global Council for Tolerance and Peace (GCTP). Along with Former Montenegrin President, participants of the Forum were: President of Global Council for Tolerance and Peace Ahmed Al Jarwan, former Croatian President Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic, the OSCE High Commissioner for National Minorities Kairat Abdrakhmanov, Ambassador of Yemen to France Riyadh Yassin, Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Gabon Noel Nelson Messone, and Consul General of Croatia in Istanbul Ivana Zerec.

After a productive meeting, the participants have agreed upon the next conclusions:

The participants of the High-Level meeting committed to the noble mission of global promotion of the values of tolerance and the culture of peace by:

Reaffirming the values of tolerance and peace, in full respect to the UN Charter,
Recognizing the crucial role of education, information, and media in the promotion of the values of tolerance and peace in tackling global crises,
Recognizing the crucial role of all members of society, in particular the position of women,
Condemning, in the strongest possible terms terrorism, grave violations of human rights, and all kinds of conflicts and destruction which are a threat for the entire humanity,
Acknowledging the unprecedented importance of reaching diplomatic solutions concerning the most pressing international humanitarian and security issues in Yemen in accordance with the relevant United Nations resolutions,
Concerned about the escalation of rhetoric of using weapons of mass destruction,
Taking into consideration the necessity for expansion and strengthening of global coalitions to meet today»s societal needs,
Agreeing to forge deeper, broader, and more effective collaboration to promote the humanitarian values of tolerance and peace, reducing and eliminating inflammatory statements, that do not contribute to negotiated solutions,
Welcoming all efforts for a negotiated solution of the current military conflict in Ukraine, including the diplomatic efforts of President of France H.E Emmanuel Macron, on behalf of the Council of the European Union Presidency,
And issuing call for peace through immediate negotiated diplomatic solutions to which they are fully committed to aid and participate.
